The Victorians at Roaring Fork is a small enclave of duplex style homes in Carbondale. Most were built in the mid 1990's and they run about 1,300-1,400 square feet. What's nice is these are close to the Rio Grande Trail and because this is such a small community, these Victorians at Roaring Fork don't hit the market that often.
