The Maroon Greens are large townhomes overlooking the Maroon Creek Club and are also right near the Buttermilk Mountain's Tiehack ski lift. Built in 1997, these are 3 story units that are roughly 4,000 square feet. This depends on the location. The end units are typically larger. Although 1997 can be considered "new" compared to most of the condos in Aspen's Core, some of these have been remodeled over the years while others could use some cosmetic facelifts.
