Snowmass Condos in the Summer of 2026
5 Snowmass Condos for Budgets of $1 to $10 million
This past week, I got to preview 5 condos in Snowmass Village, ranging from a Crestwood just under $1.3 million to $9.5 million Deerbrook unit. Here's some of the takeaways and the sequence in which I viewed them.
1. Top of the Village Slope #201 (MLS # 193924) Listed at $2,050,000
The first one was a nice 2 bedroom, 2 bath at Top of the Village, which featured 2 private balconies (or lanais as we call them in Hawaii). There were tasteful upgrades done in 2024 and with just over 1,000 square feet of living area, there's a nice set up to sleep multiple owners or guests if you're looking to rent it out. The management office is right across the way, which makes it easy and convenient for the investor or 2nd home owner.
2. Interlude 101-A (MLS # 194076) Listed at $2,175,000
The 2nd unit was another 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom at Interlude, which was slightly smaller at 924 square feet. This building was also built in the 1970's and also got a relatively new facelift 10 years ago in 2016. Similar to the Top of the Village unit, this one also has a washer and dryer in the unit. The occupancy/rental restrictions are also pretty liberal, which offers some flexibility. I also loved that there was a hot tub steps from the front door.
3. Crestwood H-2113 (MLS # 194124) Listed at $1,295,000
Next up, was the most affordable unit on the day, which was a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom at Crestwood. This one has a ski locker right out the front door and there's access to Vista Trail right out the back. With a decent 672 square feet, this unit also got remodeled in 2025. Not a bad value for access to Snowmass Mountain.
4. 131 Meadow Ranch Road (MLS # 194197) Listed at $3,390,000
This next one at Meadow Ranch is a huge bump up in living area. Larger than the last 2 listings combined, this upslope duplex at Meadow Ranch features 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms over 1,753 square feet of living area. With lots of natural lighting and a 2018 remodel, this unit is the first one not on the slopes, however the mountain is nearby and there's great ski storage right out the front door. Although smaller, this is a lot better price than the 4 bedroom Meadow Ranch unit I wrote about earlier this year.
5. 381 Ridge Roadd A5 (MLS #193153) Listed at $9,500,000
The final home on the tour was this Deerbrook townhome, that felt like a home. Situated on 3 levels on Assay Hill, this 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath features 3 stories with 2,874 square feet of living area. Although, it was by far highest on the tour, this one also had a separate covered garage for 1 car and another uncovered stall. This was the only unit on the tour that wasn't built in the 1970's as Dearbrook was completed in 1990. Although this unit sold for $7.75 million 2 years ago, it's still almost half the price of the Aura condo I wrote about last year for $16 million.
